Pros
They’ll hire anyone with a pulse, which is also a con because you won’t get hours
Cons
They find any excuse to fire you Their vans are unsafe to drive They will cut your hours and give you bad routes if you report their vehicles as unsafe They pocket bonus money and hours that are supposed to go to drivers They hire too many people during peak which leads them to firing people right before Christmas They pay biweekly and your first check is paper so it takes a long time to get paid They only schedule you 3 days out of the week
