      Pros

      I have joined this company as a fresher and had a lot of inhibitions about the corporate life. But the senior employees and management supported me well throughout my induction process and beyond. This is good place to learn and grow as every employee in the organization is very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      I don't like the micro management in the organization.
