My main complaint is that the owner is very knit-picky. If something is being done that is wrong/he doesn’t like, a “house keeping” email is sent out telling everyone it needs to be fixed or “disciplinary action will be taken, including and up to termination.” For this reason, there’s always this underlying fear of termination, for what feels like minor offenses or honest mistakes. I feel like I’m walking on eggshells there. There’s also no grace period for being late. If you come in 1 minute after start time, you have to document your “late arrival.”
