Pros

I work at a Military Base. The only good thing about this company is that they fired so many people when they took over the contract, that they drove out a fellow co-worker that was lazy, a liar, and bi-polar.

Cons

Everything under the sun. Poor management, or shall I say, absolutely no management. They bid 11 Million Dollars under the lowest bidder on a Military "Base Operations Support" contract. They have had the contract for 2 months now, and have absolutely no personnel at all on the Military Base, no Human Resources, no management. No one. No one you call can answer questions, or anything. They got the contract, and fired half the work force, and got rid of all HR Personnel. Every employee has discrepancies, questions, and concerns, and no one to take them to. This company is the laughing stock of every employee on the Military Base, and InDyne could care less. They took over the contract with the "we're going to get everyone taken care of, we're going to treat everyone great, we're going to turn the leaf... and it was the complete opposite."

Pros

If you don't care about advancing your career and you could live with non-competitive company benefits and an inexperienced HR department, this is the place to be.

Cons

HR department is inexperienced, pays no attention to detail. The company uses out of date timecard and payroll systems. They win government contracts because they are a small company but they can't execute or staff properly.

Pros

Some of the managers I worked for (and with) were excellent and I learned valuable lessons I take with me everywhere. Competitive benefits, some opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

Poor communication at times, job security is not a sure-thing, it's dependent upon government needs.
