The work culture is unhealthy, marked by ego-driven leadership, lack of trust, favoritism, gossip, intimidation, and feedback that is not genuinely heard. Adjust employee salary to what they should be based on work experience or the standards of the international company itself because the current ones are not comparable to what the public sector should be, so many Icon employees have submitted their resignations after seeing no clarity from their company.
