Aamazing benefits and training many talented colleagues incredible career development opportunities.. great diversity in career path choices.. many very satisfied clients.
Cons
Can be very challenging at times as much is expected regardless of position. I was working fifty hour weeks but salary was commensurate with effort.

Pros
Great promises of financial security, and mostly nice people. New management team and ownership with fresh perspective will hopefully revitalize the company.
Cons
Extremely disorganized. I'm not sure how they made it as long as they did. No accountability for sales reps, completely lacking "sales process" and not a bit of training. Not to mention dismal pay. People, although were "nice" enough were great at deflecting responsibility.
