      Pros

      There are some good people working there.

      Cons

      Executives are delusional and don't value people. They keep losing good people and turnover rate is increasing -- for good reason. Not a pleasant atmosphere. Demands for working overtime are excessive.

      Curley,Larry and Moe got hired. Three bffs and crap storm part 2 occurred.

      Pros

      Was decent place for a while.. then management and whom one reports to changed. Broken promises started.

      Cons

      Disgusting CO. Full of liars and broken promises. Started after Curley , Larry and Moe joined late 2015. Co crumbled. CO in the Red for 15 years. Sounds like great job security. Promised NO more management layers and to reducce management layers, what happens? Lay off's happened and hired more layers of management!! If you are in the soccer league they play in the evenings you'll be sure to be OK and get your bonus. Working on products that no customers want. We couldn't even keep a customer we were paying them to use. Always doing the quick fix to survive. Not a good environment.

      Pros

      They heat their office in the winter time, and the facility is cleaned fairly often. The parking lot is sufficient.

      Cons

      Executives and management are more focused on research projects than monetization strategies. This is to be expected considering most are phD's, which is indicative of a lack of common sense. The result is felt over and over again as the company continually deals with financial woes and instability. Salaries are generally low / non-competitive. Hubris of the technical staff, and lack of focus on quality assurance. Nepotism. Blatant discrimination.
