Pros

Good money, great hours, easy to learn daily functioning, job mostly entails talking to recruits and booking interviews, automatic weekly bank deposit

Cons

dysfunctional team members, clueless management, cumbersome manual data recording techniques that slow down and hurt the streamline process. Owners, managers and most office workers are constantly vaping. Owners do NOT care about you, even if you are producer. Extremely bad tech set up, internet can go out for hours and they do not remedy the problem. Toxic mold in the offices, smells bad all day. Music constantly blaring, non-productive for true professionals. No insurance or benefits.

Pros

You're given a desk and a dialer - if you consider that a pro. A few coworkers were kind, but everyone seemed burned out or checked out.

Cons

No Actual training. I was given one day of rushed "training" and expected to produce at the same level as seasoned recruiters immediately. Unclear expectations. They told me that performance range was between 5 to 15 interviews scheduled per day. I hit that consistently, and still got fired with no explanation. No real support. When I asked for help, I was ignored. Leadership gave mixed messages like "we don't care how much you produce, just ask for help," then offered nothing when I did. Toxic environment - AC was broken during a heatwave and I was told it had "just" happened. Turns out it had been broken for months. Unprofessional firing, I was let go on a Sunday night, no warning, no chance to course-correct. Usually is done so that they can avoid being held accountable or to avoid questions. High Turnover - I saw people quitting or getting fired within days. The churn-and-burn approach here is real.
