good discount - 40% off individual, 20% for immediate family on the whole accent group 50% off 2 pairs of shoes every quarter for anyone

Cons

bad pay rare bonus - performance based and it doesnt help when you work at a lower performing store/ some coworkers take your sales hence your commission. management isnt that helpful minimal other benefits to working there other than discount
