Management still doesn't care about you, so you are own your own in every sense.
They promise you can learn and keep moving forward, but in reality:
- They pay only for the exams, and not courses, nor for a single training. You have to pull out everything on your own from scratch.
- You cannot move forward here. Doesn't matter who you are or how pro you are. If you get to change your position here, it is pure luck and nothing else.
They don't recognize your achievements, talents or willingness to move forward.
Salary is really low compared to the competitive market and don't even try to ask for a raise. They will tell you everything to make you believe that their salary is completely normal and competitive and why you should be thankful to even have the chance to work there.
The company makes around 15 billion HUF profit yearly and they pay the people, who are actually carrying their contracts, the salary of a McDonald's worker.
Upper management is utterly corrupt and greedy. Check Microsoft news in Hungary.
Company had to pay hundreds of millions of fine to the authorities and they used their worker's yearly premium for it.
Meanwhile all the management received theirs, whilst openly lying about it.
If you want to get something or get somewhere, they ask you to do something first. If you do it, don't expect them to do their part afterwards.
Nobody stays here for more than 1-3 years.
