      Pros

      salary is better than 90% company in Taiwan. You have a lot of chance to rotate to other department.

      Cons

      you will lose your profession because a lot of routine need to do...so I would say I love my job sometimes. Some supervisor is stupid, incompetent and crazy...dont know why whey can get this managerial level. The Japanese culture is....ummm...hard to say. Some people cannot accept that.
