Pros
Great vision with a lot of funding. But that's all on the surface. Enough to boost up your CV when their reputation is still good. They are hiring aggressively, so it might be easy to get a job if you're desperate for one. Turnaround is so high that they are in a rush to get you in. You get to learn a lot through suffering at work everyday; the number of challenges you face will definitely make you a stronger person.
Cons
The culture is horrible. You spend most of the day dealing with politics and back-biting, rather than getting work done. Most of the staff are not able survive past the three month probation (similar situation for me) because it doesn't take any longer than that to know that this is NOT the place for you. You join thinking that you are going to be working for a social impact business, but only after coming in do you know that that's a branding strategy to get them good PR and bring in talents. People who come in are good strong talents, and they leave bitter and burnt out. Advice: Ask any employee on the business side who has worked there / is still working there. You will get the truth about working for this company, and if you still want to work there after hearing their HONEST account, then I wish you good luck.

Pros
Colleagues like none other! They are a super fun bunch and are always willing to help. (True gems of the company. Probably the only good thing of the company actually.) You can learn a lot from this place too if you're willing to get your hands dirty.
Cons
The person below me TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT MY MOUTH. Whatever he/she said, I second that. Plus, turnover rate is super high. Oh plus, they do not treasure their own employees and have the "Fire la, can always hire new one" mentality. They simply "ask you to leave" without any prior warning.
