      Pros

      Most employees are friendly and pleasant, employee discount, health benefits.

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management is white and male. The bottom rung of the company is diverse, but opportunities to move up are disproportionately offered to white males, regardless of skill or experience. Scheduling in operations used to be flexible, but new management has changed that. It is clear that making money for investors is a higher priority than employee compensation or satisfaction.
