Pros

Hotel discounts when and if available.

Cons

Degrading pay, degrading treatment by the few managers that are there, changing management esp the GM, sloppy paperwork from accounts receivable and payable, shameful property because it is old and run down, not enough staff and won't hire more staff even as current staff is quitting left and right, not enough supplies to do the job right, run down machines that they won't get serviced, and finally pressuring employees to do more than their own job duties to save payroll costs (which is already pathetically low).

Pros

While working here, I have gained a lot of experience throughout the hotel. I know how to get through a shift successfully without the help of others if need be. Met of a lot of great people who want to work.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, stressed about keeping 40 hours, management has changed 3 times in the last 6 months, not enough staff on any given day, job expectations are way too high for a minimum wage job. No uniforms, or extra on your check to buy your own - just expected to come work appropriate. There are never enough supplies to give to the guests, which makes the employees look bad while management are the people responsible for there being no supplies - because there is never a budget to buy the necessities to run this hotel. As an employee I apologize many times each day for the lack of service and or supplies and you don't get off your shift ever feeling like it was a good day. Rather, today was worse than yesterday, and so on and so forth, I wish I had a better job, because this company does not care about it's employees.
