Pros
Company has high performance culture which I can understand due to the competitive tech industry. Leaders can be nurturing but also depends on department. Several cross functional projects which can be challenging and exciting. Aesthetic design and nice food court after the long drawn renovation due to covid.
Cons
Low tolerance of poor performance and can be stressful for the weak. Renovation can be disruptive but looks like it has completed.
