Pros

They are an international workplace and hence have all the tools for employee development, health and wellbeing. They also give a very basic insurance package. For those interested, there are many teams to gain experience in and if lucky enough to get a good manager (though the chances of that are increasingly feeling like an unfair gamble), there is space for much career growth. In addition, the brand name adds to your portfolio.

Cons

While it used to be a fairly decent place, it has being continuously taking a downward turn. Though all the tools are there employees are not cared for. You are treated as a cow on an industry-standard milking machine. You are overworked on low pay. They won't tell you to stay overtime. Just trickily overload you with so much work that you have no way except to stay overtime. If you go home on time, they will keep adding more work stating the others have too much work too. You are forced to work on 3-4 hours sleep daily and no time for yourself. Often even your weekends are taken over. They also avoid paying a lot of the overtime by a concept stating that only when you have 90% productivity you get paid. What this means is, if you do 2 hours of overtime and take a half-hour break within your time, even though you did a solid 1.5 hours OT, you don't get paid for that. Instead, they do some convoluted calculation which ends up paying a very small fraction of what you did, stating only that time amount can be calculated as 90% productivity- even though the half-hour break you took was actually your own personal time. In addition, internal politics is especially high. Even if you raise these through internal channels anonymously, you get penalized for it as the info gets leaked.
