Lack of progression meant high turnover, HR and management largely unaware of poor morale, low quality computer equipment and laptops, every six months the desks got smaller and more tightly cramped. No working from home culture. No digital knowledge in the wider team, we had to rely on one team to help everyone and we couldn't always get their time. Account managers don't know much about their clients or industry.

Where do I start... this year HPS lost a major account meaning huge redundancies throughout the company. Your job was safe if you were part of the 'click' or a family member. I never felt valued at HPS, but especially not after this year, where whole teams were removed. HR are unaware of very very low team morale. There is now a very top heavy company structure with a very few number of people who actually really know anything.
