      Pros

      I see good working conditions. Managers are supportive, always keep motivating. Challenging work and good work-life balance. Good projects, multiple modules to explore. You can opt for multi-skilling, on job trainings & certification programs.

      Cons

      Appraisals are not good, it doesn't matter how much you performed, whatever kpi's completed still you'll get a hike between 0-3%
