Lack of leadership skills- many great people have left in the last 2-3 months and everyone wants to leave. Leadership is arrogant and blame the people who are leaving rather than looking at themselves. The GM seems good- but must be blind to the cause.

Under pays for the amount of works . Will not promote or offer advancement to employees in general. One Director in particular refused to promote any one above manager because she is afraid of being replaced. Extreme stress -it's completely disorganised - when Ibegan I would ask for records and told they don't exist. Few women who are highly qualified receive advancement- Many female colleagues have been isolated in person and in emails . Human Resources is a oke is a joke.
