Recruiter employs well - Great colleagues in field team but EVERYONE is leaving due to poor management.
Cons
Lack of leadership skills- many great people have left in the last 2-3 months and everyone wants to leave. Leadership is arrogant and blame the people who are leaving rather than looking at themselves. The GM seems good- but must be blind to the cause.
