Opportunity to learn through hands-on assignments

Cons

Training period extends far beyond promised 4–6 weeks, often lasting months Full-time (8 hours/day) unpaid training with no guaranteed deployment Misleading expectations set before onboarding Limited domain flexibility; most pushed into sales/BD roles Management is unresponsive and lacks proper communication Lack of transparency and frequent miscommunication No financial support during long training period, making it unsustainable

The training is 4-6 weeks long and unpaid. The training module is good and valuable. 5-6 Phases of training. Continuous hiring.

Cons

The time to complete each phase is very short, allowing completion of numerous tasks in a minimum of 5 days and max 7 days. So one has to be very vigilant.
