      Flawed business model , hence it will be a career spoiler.

      Pros

      You will get exposed to the capitalist attitude of really rich guys

      Cons

      Worse CEO who is NRI and thinks all Indians are non productive. Work hours from morning six to next day six. Business model is flawed.....Lorry brokers are replaced by online broker....For each order company earns Rs 500 to Rs 1000......This commission is same , irrespective of the distance traveled. Hence only way it can get more margins is by cutting down bottom line , which means focusing on full automation. It can be self driving trucks and fully automated work with 4-5 employees. Think over it , before joining. Your every move will be monitored , they have tracking software and office cams linked to CEO's mobile

      1.Field work....you will learn to speak with Truck Drivers....Mostly you need to visit Lorry Brokers and Drivers.You will learn and understand about Lorry Drivers. 2.You will learn working from morning six to night 12.Some times CEO will call you early morning three and he will ensure that work gets completed.Thrilling experience. 3.You will learn to spend less.Even a chai of Rs 3 will be accounted

      1.It doesn't have a brand.Blackbuck and Rivigo are known players in this sector 2.Experience certificate and salary slips will not be provided.Please negotiate it initially. 3.It's a contract job , means your performance will be graded in 2-3 months and later CEO will decide about it.

      Nothing . They don't have an office. They have only one flat rented in a residential complex

      Cons

      everything you could imagine off. There is one Chinese guy who operates everything and he is a piece of ****. no holiday. even if you get nothing right now don't join it will destroy your mental peace.
