      Pros

      Used to be an excellent culture of collaboration and inspiration.

      Cons

      A company is fully in shambles. Constant layoffs, gaslighting by the management and total disarray of tasks and priorities.

      Pros

      Relatively good salary (though the company pays no taxes for you), it is possible to work remotely, from home.

      Cons

      The management presses the employees to work long overtime hours, there is no work/life balance at all. On weekends and in the evenings the employee is expected to monitor email and be available at all times. No travel allowance is paid, though the employees are required to travel. It is very difficult to get vacations. The employees never say "no" to the management team, and if some of them do, they get fired.
