      Pros

      Good salary up to 20% bonus. Lots of good social events, good pension scheme and good central location.

      Cons

      Very toxic work culture with hardly any women because they don’t provide any flexible working. Very little diversity.

      The company offers an average benefit package to their staff compared with their competition.

      Cons

      The company lacks culture. it's difficult to get things done here as the process is so frustrating. The company has no working flexibility, staff are required to work in the office all time even when the current covid 19 situation is getting worse.
