Pros
- Cool product in a fun industry (virtual reality) - CEO always prone to spend money he raised from investors getting the team drunk - Possibility to get very good salary raise if you befriend the CEO/CFO
Cons
- Unfit/ inept management: responsibilities not clearly defined, with everyone getting on your back if you make the smallest mistake - Lack of vision: management declined golden partnership opportunities because they think the outside world should pay them for using their product. It actually doesn't work this way! - Moral harassment encouraged by company culture. Discrimination towards women/ non-tech profiles/ different ethnics backgrounds
