You're working at the frontier of AI, on use cases that have real, immediate impact on clients. But the best part, honestly, is the people. Smart, kind, ambitious. From day one, you're trusted with real responsibility regardless of seniority, which is rare. The founders are exceptional and the leadership is genuinely invested in helping you grow. Also: the office is beautiful, the energy is great, and there's a strong sense of building something meaningful together.
Cons
Having two offices in two different countries is amazing for the team's reach and culture, but it can occasionally create a bit of distance with the leadership team based in the other location. It's just that some decisions, or relationships build a bit more slowly when you're not physically in the same space day-to-day.
