Company is growing quickly so there is lots of churn/management challenges. For me, getting ramped up on the tech took 2+years, due to the subject matter and the lack of training resources; there is so much to learn! The onboarding is getting better through concerted effort from management, however there is a gap for learning the engineering/science.
Advancing your career at the company is challenging, seems to be based more on years of service than merit.
Some aspects of culture are old fashioned and could do with a refresh ( lack of pay transparency, waterfall-like project management, etc.)
