- Not a very nice company culture. Our business was acquired by Geiger BTC and my team was made to feel stupid and unwelcome by the Geiger BTC colleagues who trained us on their system. Unfortunately this did not stop at the colleagues who trained us. More senior members of staff were rude and condescending.
- I asked management on multiple occasions on how I could progress my career and even begun a course with the company. I was made redundant from this position and the reasoning given was that I did nor show any desire to progress my role which was not the case at all. Every-time I asked about progression I was told 'we will look into it'
- No additional perks for working for the company. Received basic salary with basic holiday allowance.
