Long days, mostly in and around london or halfway up the country whilst not being paid overtime, my remuneration package was altered after only 4 weeks in the job, cutting overtime entirely which was the main reason i took the job, contradicting what i was offered and cutting my pay drastically, The "training" i was offered, involved being sat in a workshop and told to disassemble and reassemble a machine never used or even seen before with little to no oversight, or shadowing engineers some of which, whilst friendly and helpful not great english speakers, expected to spend evenings away with little to no notice whilst expecting weeks notice from you for anything, general lack of communication or understanding from office staff.
