1- unprofessional management 2- no benefits 3- micromanaging on employees and filling too much task sheets 4- unprofessional dealing with employees 5- not stable in taking decisions 6- there is no HR department 7- the only thing see is employees salary how we can decrease it. 8- prefer to provide low wage and high pressure 9- no over time and there is no system to replace working on off days with anything else. 10-ling working hours and bo hybrid work with full work load and dont appreciate your effort. 11- no intensives and appreciations
