- Work-life balance If you want a job and prefer doing nothing, this is the right company for you! If the employer favors you, you'll get rewarded monthly and increment every few months. You can even skip work / leave workplace early if employer is not in the office.
Cons
- Biased and bad management - No career growth opportunity - Lazy working culture - Unprofessional If the employer doesn't favors you, you'll never get monthly reward and increment is subjected to your annual performance. You'll be condemned for applying annual or medical leave as the management see it as laziness, although it's an entitlement.
