- some freedom in influencing the direction of projects
- a very passionate team of nice people
- inofficially has some lax rules to allow spontaneous time off based on overtime
Cons
- poor pay, especially in the first 2 months
- a lot of unpaid overtime
- management clueless when it comes to leadership; lots of micromanagement, unhelpful critiques, and sometimes even just insults
- a lot of financial problems and a lack realistic of vision for the company or the team
- Everyone quits and you quickly find out why after starting.
- Terrible pay the first two months and after isn't great either.
- Toxic environment
- Management has no idea how to lead a company
- Verbal confrontations with CEO in front of other employees
- No home office because you are constantly told you have the best office in Munich
- Overtime with no compensation
- Colleagues were superb people
- Company mission is great
- Decent pay for a "start-up", but since the company is no longer a start-up this is not justified
Cons
- Employees are mismanaged, micromanaged and not valued for their effort (overtime is very high and with no compensation)
- Top management uses authoritative position of power to get their way
- Toxic culture generated by leadership style and public berating in all-hands meetings
- High rate of attrition by employees; those who leave are blamed as the problem
- Lack of strategy planning and reviewing leads to chaotic issues that rarely get fixed
