I've had the pleasure of working with Full Circle over the last two years and have seen the organisation go from strength to strength. A large portion of this is attributed to the passionate and engaged nature of the founders Michael and Garry Pesochinsky.

A core principle is that they're not interested in just transacting with prospects, seeking to get to know their clients and build lifelong relationships instead. This can be alien to people who have never had that quality of interaction from a business and it can sometimes take a while before skepticism subsides.
