      Good entry level, but nothing more

      Pros

      Helps you gain experience in clinical trial industry. Most people are nice there. That's about all.

      Cons

      Would not advise staying here more than a couple years. Get the experience and go someplace else where you will be valued and earn more with less work. Extremely low pay for the industry (make about 50% less at fsrtf than doing the same elsewhere) with not much benefit. EXTREMELY heavy workload. More and more work thrown at you with no reward. Working overtime with no reward or appreciation, it's just expected. Little to no raises given. I do not see this company going anywhere good based on how they treat employees.

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with. Feels like a family and very supportive. Good retirement benefit.

      Cons

      The CEO Sue is a poor communicator. She is also one who expects people to drop everything when she has a request and work all hours to get it done. Other leadership are supportive and communicative. Pay is pretty poor. Staff are completely overworked and if something goes wrong they look like they are not performing well. The only way to keep on top of the workload is to work most evenings too.

      Pros

      Very generous benefits package, nice amount of vacation time. Many of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management needs a serious overhaul. Two words sum up my experience at Frontier... overworked and underpaid. There are far too many employees and far too much turnover. You never really get to know anyone.
