Greedy, psychotic management, very inept (NONE) leadership -- NO RAISES, DO NOT WORK HERE!

This company is owned by Tribute Technology. 2 years without raises during Covid yet profit margins were always on the rise. The company does not care about their team or funeral directors -- only money. Sold the company twice to private equity and then shafted all of the people who helped them build the company by giving promotions to acquisitions. Management will stab you in the back the first chance they get. Leadership is so insecure they reached out to my next employer in an effort to get me fired. They also LAUGHED when I said we should hire minorities! Beware of snakes! Look elsewhere!
