You are expected to work a lot of hours and many roles/tasks for little compensation in return because they are based in a 'small area,' but advertise as "Greater Madison Area". Your quarterly bonus is based on an antiquated KPI system that distracts you from your normal day-to-day tasks. When the KPIs are given out, there is no feedback from management on why you did not hit the goals or congratulating you. Management is often out of the office on short or even no notice. They will often not tell you why they are leaving. A lot of the WFH rules end up being more "Rules for Thee, Not for Me."
