      Opportunity to learn about blockchain and work alongside talented people

      Cons

      Leadership at the company doesn't really know what it takes to run a tech organization and constantly demands more for less out of its employees. At a certain point, the pressure gets to people, puts everyone in survival mode, and results in an undercurrent of hostility that makes it nearly impossible to collaborate or coordinate.

      Very welcoming environment and everyone is nice

      Cons

      They hired a lot of people just to do massive layoffs. Even with them laying off numerous of people they continue to promote job postings to hire workers people.....Workforce is unstable
