Where the hell to start with this. Amazing support and culture. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported by the directors of the company as well as the other staff around you. Forfusion employees great people who will try and bring the best out of you. You are trusted as an adult to just get on with the job at hand! Specific examples of this include a flexible working from home policy alongside not nagging you to pickup tickets. Other companies I've worked for, if you ask about working from home the Spanish Inquisition team arrives to give you the once over. Not the case here. Forfusion are interested in you doing great work for them, not that bothered about where you are located when you do it! Paid for certification exams. Basically they want you to become more certified and qualified for the job, and will get you to expense these. Its an advantage for both the business and for you as an individual. A great variety of work, working with some excellent technologies.

Actually no cons. My reason for leaving was the length of commute. Nothing more.
