Voxy!! Since they took over B2B Turors have had to face a 25% pay cut, no really explanation or support it was a random email basically saying like it or lump it!! August & winter holidays are very quite & on top of that a large pay cut. All the tutors vented, asked questions, demanded answers but it all fell on deaf ears. Some tutors have confirmed that students from a particular establishment have told them they are going to be using a different English teaching platform. Well no surprise there as Voxy have taken over!!

Huge drop in pay over the last few months, with more cuts coming to other team members. Many team members are leaving for greener pastures, with long-term customers noticing the drop in quality and loss of long-time tutors. Those long-term customers are now telling me that they are reconsidering staying with Fluentify due to complaints from their employees over missing tutors. The old Fluentify management team has been decimated and demoralized. Many key employees have resigned in protest due to mandates from Voxy.
