      - Scale up, with 35% YoY growth ambitions. - Great leadership and a clear direction. - Unique White Label expense management tool > no direct competitors. - A fantastic culture of collaboration, openess and diversity.

      Cons

      - If you're into sales and like quick wins, this isn't necessarily the sales motion for you due to the Partnership Enterprise nature.

      Pros

      + Swedish work culture, flexible working hours and the freedom to do what you think is best for the company in the way you see fit + Great colleagues, both in terms of skills as well as as colleagues/friends + A really smart product with a perfect market fit + Huge revenue growth possibilities and no real competitors in Europe

      Cons

      - Some growth pains at the moment, but I would consider that a luxury problem - Hiring the right people for the amazing culture we have is hard, which is also a luxury problem while simultaneously being a challenge - Overall the negatives are due to the growth and expansion of the business
