Organisational structure in terms of roles and responsibilities could be improved (and is being actively addressed)

Find.co: where loyalty is met with deception. They flaunt transparency but operate under a veil of deceit. Everything filters through one individual, bypassing established management channels. My request for a raise was met with dismissal and fabricated excuses. They wield power arbitrarily, as evidenced by the inexplicable termination of developers after ten or eleven months without rhyme or reason. This lack of accountability and disregard for employee well-being is appalling. Don't be fooled by their rhetoric—this is a company where transparency is a facade, and decisions are made unilaterally. Prospective employees, tread carefully; your hard work may be discarded without explanation.
