Pros

Some really great talented coworkers

Cons

Very different now to when a lot of people joined. The pressure, expectations and sacrifices are still start up high but the benefits, global flexibility and remote culture that made it feel worth it have been taken away. It used to feel much more inclusive and community driven than a normal corporate but now it could be any other corporate company despite how heavily the brand focuses on inclusivity, community and culture.

None as it’s really bad

Cons

Poor communication from senior management, HR clueless on process and execution, excessive optimism for optimism sake. Compensation was OK for what it was worth, but unlimited holiday is a joke when the contract says a certain number! Work life balance was rubbish too considering you were expected to be ‘always on’
