Pros
If there are any, I didn't find them.
Cons
I recently used the services of Asia Fast Track for my flight KE2102 arriving at Gimpo International Airport, Seoul, South Korea, with a Business. Unfortunately, my experience with the extra paid service of Asia Fast Track was far from satisfactory, especially considering cost of almost $500 USD for this service. One of the key features I paid for was the VIP fast-track service through passport control, which was explicitly advertised as part of the package. However, upon arrival, this service was entirely absent. There was no dedicated assistance or expedited processing, leaving me to navigate the standard queues like any other passenger. This was extremely frustrating, as the primary reason for purchasing this service was to avoid such inconveniences. Moreover, none of the additional perks or benefits that were supposed to be included in the price were provided. For a service costing of almost $500 USD, I expected nothing less than exceptional treatment and seamless execution. Instead, I was met with negligence and a lack of professionalism. It seems that Asia Fast Track does not value its customers, as they failed to deliver even the most basic elements of the service I paid for. Given the premium pricing and the expectations set by Asia Fast Track, this experience was highly disappointing. It not only failed to meet basic standards but also left me feeling that the company lacks respect for its clients and their hard-earned money. As a customer who values quality and reliability, I cannot recommend their services based on this experience. I hope Asia Fast Track takes this feedback seriously and addresses these shortcomings to prevent similar issues for future customers. At this price point, they should be delivering an unparalleled level of service, not leaving customers feeling ignored and undervalued.
