Not to many, nice buiding, everything else sucked.
Cons
No lunches, No breaks, Have to signout a key to go use the bathroom. Peope move up in the company by being friends with the managers/owners. All they cared about was resoved tickets, not if you actually fixed or did anything. Just at the end of the day, you hit resolved on the ticket. There is no QA on there work. They hired a bunch of peope right before they outsourced their jobs.
At one time, it was a great work environment and had a lot of awesome employees.
Pay was decent.
Cons
They outsourced the entire technician department because they're a bunch of sellouts. The nature of the entire business was pretty sketchy at best to begin with, and the entire sales department is full of people in rehab.
It an ok job they pay 10 dollars for training. Interview is easy they will hire just about anyone . Some days you get a couple easy calls with people laying down and willing to buy just about anything.
Cons
The environment is not that good. If you can find another job I wouldn't suggest you take this job. The shifts are long and sometimes you have to work your entire shift without a break. You dont get paid a wage your pay is 15%. Sounds good until you destroyed with refunds. RPC (revenue per call) is a big deal. In most places if you're good on the phone this is not an issue but you get alot of calls you cannot sell (people calling thinking they're calling the mac store, Microsoft, and a lot of angry people, and prank callers). All inbound calls will impact you RPC. Managers do not care about calls they do not listen to any of your calls. People smoke inside.
