Pros

Great supportive place to work if you're a team player. Often leave early on Friday and my colleagues are all really lovely

Cons

It is expected that you have to work hard and if you don't you're quickly found out. Small business so there is limited room to progress.

Pros

From personal experience there are none

Cons

Once again, management because of appointment/connection/relation, not because of skill. Company does the bare minimum when it comes to employee 'benefits'. No on-site HR department. No compassion for employees, constant micro-management, too many wasteful meetings. A lonely, directionless job, mis-sold to me, and swiftly moved the goalposts. It's easy to see why so many people leave the company.

Pros

Can’t think of any if I am honest, other than working hours perhaps.

Cons

The management make the team feel terrible, I have never known a working environment like it. No trust, not allowed to speak, micro managed and spoken to like children. I do not believe the management have managed before. The original or older staff are lovely but the only people treated with an ounce of respect. There is a lot of favouritism in this office.
