- Able to work from home and at your own pace
Cons
- Owner breathes down your back - Owner does not pay properly - No proper training on the products being sold and shortcuts are taken throughout the R&D so the product ends up being sub-par - No expense account - No health benefits - No company culture, it is not a fun place to work in which one can see growth, all about making the owner money
