      Unprofessional management and toxic work environment

      Basic training provided and initial learning exposure was helpful. Some team members were supportive during the early phase.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in policies, sudden termination without clear reason, and poor communication from management. Nesting process was not explained properly, and rules were applied unfairly. Toxic work culture, internal politics, rude behavior from certain staff, and unnecessary salary deductions were common issues.

      Horrible Experience for Freshers, Toxic Work Environment

      Cons

      The manager and HRs behavior towards freshers was appalling. Instead of nurturing and guiding us, they subjected us to constant harassment and verbal abuse. If anyone dared to resign or express dissatisfaction, they were met with derogatory language and intimidation tactics. This not only affected our work but also severely impacted our mental well-being.
