EMT is a wonderful company to work with. The management team really seems to care about their employees. The managers/leaders are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate themselves in helping you if needed. And they are listening to their employees.
Cons
Sudden change in the clients we handle. This happens a lot which I find very difficult. But with the guidance of my leaders, I was able to cope with these changes.
