Expressions handles all the drudgery of giving piano lessons, allowing the instructor to concentrate on delivering engaging, helpful instruction. They recruit students, handle all the record-keeping and scheduling. Their facilities are comfortable, cheerful, and well maintained. Communicating with the main office is easy, and the people who respond are always cheerful, supportive and helpful.

There's a bit of a learning curve, trying to figure where all the different resources and how they fit in with the Level Up system. Also, when meeting with a student for a make-up or trial lesson, it's not always clear where the student is at musically, so it can be difficult to plan the lesson.
