Chill customer environment, smaller inventory, good pay
Cons
Smaller store, consistent workflow, shift scheduling
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good environment to be in
Cons
Pay sometimes doesn’t feel enough
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
The only pro is that they pay decent for retail
Cons
Racist and transphobic. Then when you tell corporate they literally will empower those who are being racist and transphobic. Then also LOVE working you like a dog for mediocre pay. Also I had to beg for our store to get a BLM sign.

Good employee discount Generally really great people to work with (sales associates)
Cons
Management were over stressed and therefore difficult to work with HQ is very out of touch with how the retail side operates and they do not care about retail people at all I was never interested, however, I observed with managers that it took a long time for them to grow or move up in the company Values are quite fake and when you point it out, you are not listened to, they boast about sustainability but it's pretty fake
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Nice People

scheduling is not great- some shifts are too short to be worth the commute and others are incredibly long. No commission
